All P.S. 9 parents: It's crucial that EVERY parent come stand up for the school on Monday, Jan. 24. If you possibly can, please also come to the last organizing meeting before the public hearing

We need many parents to pitch in during this final busy stretch. Please come:
-If you are willing to speak at the hearing
-To volunteer at the hearing:
•distributing materials
•directing people
•helping with childcare
-To help make signs (some materials supplied) and prepare other essential materials for hearing
-To help with outreach to neighbors, elected officials and community organizations
Call PTO co-president Penelope Mahot at 917-476-6870 or email ptops9 AT gmail.com if you are able to help over the weekend or on Monday, but cannot make the meeting. On Friday, if you cannot make it to start of meeting please check in after 8:40 dropoff: sign-making and other preparations may continue until 9:30 on Friday.
